What helps with an allocation report
Include the total, the weights in their original row order, the result you expected and the result displayed. Use invented labels such as A, B and C. Exact ties deliberately favour earlier rows, so keep the order in your example. If the issue follows adding or removing a destination, say which row changed.
For a display problem, the browser name and approximate viewport width are useful. A private stock list, customer data, passwords, payment details or identifying project information is unnecessary. A compact example that reproduces the problem usually explains the arithmetic more clearly than a large document.
Check the method first
The guide explains syntax, row and numeric limits, zero weights and the tie rule. It also shows why a larger total can reduce a row's allocation under largest remainders. That behaviour is a known method limitation, rather than an implicit promise to preserve a previous allocation.
